 not another failure plz help

Soil Growers:
1. Are you growing from seed or clones?seeds-lemon skunk
2. How old are your plants?20 days
3. How tall are your plants?my finger
4. What size containers are they planted in?were in a cup for 2 weeks now in a medium bucket
5. What is your soil mix?some 5 quids worth soil from wilkinsons,mixed with perlite
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use?once every 5 days with tap water
7. What is the pH of your water?someone told me tap round ere is 7,but am not sure
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?i did water with flora grow bloom and micro at 700ppm,but the plants didnt seem to like it,i tried also horse compost in the water but one again nothin positive,i have a fish bone blood mix and miracle grow 7-7-7 dunno which to use or how is best to apply
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?no,should i??
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") had one 45w cfl till 2day,now i have 2,how many more am i lacking??should i get a reflector?
11. How close are your lights to the plants?an ince or 2 max
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?in an open room
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? i dunno
14. What is the pH of the soil?6-6.5
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?lil flys..i think frm my mushrooms
16. How much experience do you have growing?killed my past 4 plants-.-
my plant is short its prob because of the light,should i run it 24hrs??also since the leaves are yellowing n the tips r starting to burn,i think its lack of N ?? if so y rnt my plant reacting good to my nutes(flora then hmc)

That plant is WAY to young to be giving it nutrients man. That's your problem right there.

really??this sprouted on the 7th,thought it was time:s when should i use the nutes??and which should i use??
y is the leaves yellowing?

Ya need to do some reading man.
Your plant is looking like that because its being over watered and over fed causing nutrient lock out.
That little guy is still a seedling man. There's nutrients in the soil that will hold it over until it's quite a bit older than it is now.

i am reading "grow elite marijuana" dint reach far tho.....
so wuts ur best advice jus let em be 4 a week b4 i think of nutes?and water every 7 days not 5??

You don't water until they need it. There is no set amount of time. You wait for the soil to dry. No nutrients for at least a month from the looks of it.
Get rid of that book and get the one I posted.

thanx for the reply guys,appreciated,altho u missed a few Qs like should i run my 90w cfl on 24 hrs?what nute should i use after a month??should i go for my hmc?if say through watering or put a layer of hmc over the soil,is worm casting better than hmc?should i jus use flora grow with the water?

im not sure but i think the last watering with hmc actually fixed things,the leaves seem greener now,but the burns on the tips didnt stop spreading,someone help plz

Well I already answered this actually. I told you not too give them any nutrients for at least a month.
