F&D system best neuts to use

hello ppl i am getting a new grow sorted here and am thinking of using a really simple flood and drain system found this systemand using the same idea av came up with my own way of making it what i would like your opinions on is the best nutrients to use i will also be using clay pellets and there will be approximately 1 ltr water witch i will change every other day thanks

I recommend any of the General Hydroponics' lines.

That's what we are here for. If you're looking simple and easy, I'd go with either the Floranova or Maxi lines by GH. With either of these you could use the lucas formula and only use the bloom part of the line for the whole grow.
I haven't done much research on the logic lines, wish I could be more help.

If you are gonna use that till you can save money to buy a good system that would work. xnutrients has a nice a & b.
