so if they stop growing they are on flowering stage and there is nothing i can do to keep them on vegetarian stage, right ?

If they switch to flowering they'll actually start growing MUCH faster at first.
Your plants will be fine, trust me I've done much worse and had no issues.

Think about nature. Plants don't just die because it rains for 3 days (unless they get flooded) or there a heavy overcast for 3 days.
