reusing plugs that a cut rotted out in?

so i screwed something up the other day and as a result had about 300 cuts rot out on me in a matter of a couple days. i hate to throw away so many plugs so i'm wondering if it might be kosher to just soak them in some h2o2 or something, rinse, and then use them. anyone done this or have an idea of whether it's destined to fail?

You could try again.. but I'd throw em out.
