Just spent 2 hours standing at a bus stop, waiting for my friend who, as it turns out, was waiting for me a block away.. We were supposed to blaze and go fishing...well its time to go fishing
I feel good about myself when I get up early lol, feels like I did Soo much on those days

None of my business, but if you can work out for 2 hours, and if its just for personal health, you can get more benefit from a higher intensity 1 hour workout than you can from a steady state 2 hour aerobic workout, or a 2 hour weight training session.
This is all moot if you're a professional or competitive athlete.

I weight train for just over a hr. then i i jogg with my dogs for usally 30-45 mins afterwards.. (so takes me about 2hrs all together)
then i smoke a joint

I love vaping a couple bowls before a long run. I think if I could get vape bags in addition to the water stations I could run marathons no problem.
