hi there peps, new to the board.need some advise.i have a 10x10x9 bedroom with a 12000btu split a/c.i went ahead and built a 8x8x5 growroom made of Black/white POLY.i then divided the 8x8x5 room into 2 rooms making the flower room slighty bigger.i made a 39"x29" reflector and class with a 1000w hps and 2 6 inch outlets so i can suck out the hot air.i am using a 240cfm air booster fan attached to 1 end of the reflector.the air is being sucked to the attic and i am using passive air from the 10x10x9 room.my problem is when the booster fan comes on with the lights the temp goes up 79deg.and hum.59%.i also bought a 8inch 622cfm inline duct fan and it gets worse when it comes on.i also have a 50 pint dehumidifier that is on all the time .i would like the 8 inch duct fan on all the time so that the air can be replaced in 5 minutes or less. and have my
temps at 72 deg.with lights off humid.50%
temps with lights on 78deg.humid.50%any advise is welcomed...

I don't see any issues in yo9ur first post.
Temps look good and humidity looks nice to.
What do you need help with?

one of the issues i have is smell,i have 10 chocolope haze in 3gal.pots and they are smelling up a storm.i would like the 8inch fan to be on all the time so that i can get the air moving every 5 minutes or less.when i hook up the 8inch fan my temps and humidity goes up to much which caused some mold in the previous grow.

You need a carbon filter on the intake side of the fan, that will take out the smell.
But I don't know how turning on a exhaust fan is raising your temps.
Do you live in a hot humid area or something?

An air chiller for the intake air may work.
Or an air conditioner to keep the room cool.

He has a split a/c.
May need to get a dehumidifier.
Also have high humidity,this has helped.
