Curling yellowing leaves on seedlings

Leaves are curling and yellowing on my seedlings.
I think it may be heat stress based off of what I read but wanted to be sure. What can I do?

Hydro Growers:
1. seed
2. 6 and 9 days old
3. 1 - 2 inches
4. bubbleponics
5. quick grow 10-5-10 sold on ebay
6. 5.5 - 6 (using drops)
7. ?
8. ?
9. ?
10. ?
11. slight raise
12. rain water once or twice
13. 90W LED UfO 2w leds
14. 4 inches
15. 21 square feet of space
16. 76 - 80
17. no insects
18. first grow

I moved the lights up because I thought maybe it was too close causing the plant to get too hot. Not sure how close they should be. The two leaves on the bigger plant that are curled and yelling kinda smell.

At just a week old you shouldn't be using any fertilizer. Just straight ph adjusted water. Don't know for sure but you could be burning them.

Thanks for your thoughts... I did just change the water 2 days ago when I added the food. I went ahead and changed the water again to just PH water.
