They do have some good stuff, but yeah, they also have some strange and less appealing stuff. One gets tired of pork and dumplings.
Frogs legs are the shit though.
I also like their kabob selection. Cheap, tasty, and lots to choose from. My favorites are mutton (lamb) and squid. I've had various other sea-foods (fish, shrimp, more) and land animals (incl. cat) on kabob sticks.

I did not have tiger bone wine, but I did have shark fin soup (nothing special) and I saw a total of 12 full tiger's feet (dried) for illegally sale over a three year period, and a lesser number of tiger skins. Lots of illegal ivory too.

It really didn't have that much flavor to it. It was decent. It was certainly leaner than most meats, but it's nothing special. Not stringy.
It doesn't taste like chicken. It was red meat.
Frog's legs also do not taste at all like chicken. Comparing them to chicken is insulting to the frog's legs, which I agree is a real delicacy.
