I'm throwing in all kinds of crazy shit:
pink beans 1lb
tomato sauce
garlic
chipotle peppers
onions
jalapenos
hot breakfast sausage 1/2 lb
Ground beef 1lb
cumin
parika
chili powder
red pepper
cilanto
lime juice
beef stock
This is going to be some 5 alarm.

Man you ever try putting sweet potaters in chili? Soooo tasty, best with black beans instead of white or kidney. Looks like some nice chili though

Never tried sweet potatoes in chili, I really cant stand them they are just too mushy and sweet. I eat them on Thanksgiving and Christmas that's about it. But yeah I figure any bean can be made into great chili........ I've never even bought pink beans before.

Cheese would be fine, but this'll probably be more like a stew. Might use some potatoes and carrots, if not I'd use the leftovers on a chili dog then I would use cheese.

Cheese is more of a topping than an ingredient imo. I also like some diced up red onions and sour cream on top of my chili.

Ohhhh yeah and yes I am poor. duh I totally forgot, the whole reason I made it was to use up all the random leftover veggies and freezer burnt meat.
