i have a plant that i would love to get seeds from. I understand I can pollinate a branch by brushiong the pollen on from one of my plants that turned on me. . when should i do this?? dog
I did it in week three of flowering on 3 bud sites
This all happened 6 months ago
I coned off the 3 shortest top branches on my best female #3. I used a dark brown tipped water color brush and painted on pollen. I collected the pollen from a separated male 2 days ago and stored the pollen in the freezer wrapped in a tin foil envelope. I returned the #3 to the flowering chamber.
I got about 65 very healthy looking seeds. I have not tried to grow any of them yet.
My stain was a 8-9 week strain. If you are growing a sativa or plant with a longer flowering period, then I don't know when to do this.
