I cant browse the web much at work and my smartfone sucks for browsing. Wood would work, but PVC may be good to break down. Im thinking i'd prefer PVC for this beginner room. We have a 400W MH/HPS inline vented hood. We will get a 450cfm fan for it. FYI, we intend on just doing a soil mix on this first try, trying to KISS. This is just "for practice". We will grow in it, but this will be indica bagseed to get the hang of it.
Im good with my hands, but im not good at visualizing. Any links or pics would rock! I'm not sure how tall to build it, or how to have the light hanging.
Sorry to sound lazy, but i dont have net at home, just a smartfone, which doesnt browse here very well.
Thanks! Help a needy grower out! After months of car repairs and other BS, i finally have my funds right to begin.
Thanks again, ill be checking this for help all weekend.
Wood vs PVC? For what? WTF? They serve completely different purposes.
Just find a simple DIY grow that you like and replicate it.
I suggest just using an old cabinet if you can find one. Use all the stuff you plan to and stick it in a cabinet. Paint the inside white or hang some mylar/black&white poly, cut some intake holes at the bottom, preferably add a filter for them, and vent the exhaust out the top with a carbon filter.
