What would be the best state to do it in?
It'd be nice if any of you guys could help out, i don't want to dedicate my life to something that will have nothing come from it.

cars
permit from the county your business is in
a way to verify patients
avoid sting operation by complying with prop 215.
lawyer
accountant
money secured for bail.

I agree with this. I know at least out here there's a goot $10,000 licensing fee to get set up plus then you need to purchase some caregiver cards, some initial product (probably another $5K right there) plus all the other stuff on your list.
I think in pretty much any state you're looking at about $50,000-$100,000 minimum to get started including the down payment on your lease.

Or a legal caregiver could grow a substantial amount of "medicine" beforehand and use the "donations" to cover all the fees and startup cost.
