I typically have my backpack with me at all times for the same reason, having too much shit in my pockets. I do ride my bike everywhere so it's almost a must to have a backpack since I carry a bike lock/chain, tools for my bike, water, wallet, cell phone, some pot & pipe, snacks , camera, and during the winter a hoody.


I wear it in every store I go into including wal-mart (several times a week) and no one ever gives me shit about it (and this is a town where robberies/theft is high). If you aren't actually shoplifting then there isn't a damn thing to worry about . The only weird looks I get is when I am at a party or something and I have a backpack on , have to explain I am on a bike and there's no way in hell I am setting down my back pack somewhere.



Just get something small and simple along the lines of these>>>

Yeah dude I know. When I first came to the UK I saw all those guys with tight jeans (really tight), a man purse and a really greasy haircut. They also talked and behaved like fags too At the same time I was rocking an eastpak with skateboard holders semi-ruined DCs, messed up jeans and some worn out hoodie.
