I used a mason jar double boiler style with a rack and simmered a 1/2 cup unsalted butter with about 4 grams of some decent bud and maybe 1/4-1/2 gram of good mixed kief. Let it simmer with just the butter and bud for an hour then added a cup of boiling water to the mix for the other 3 hours, then strained it with more boiling water and cheese cloth.......... one cookie gets you baked, 2 makes you really lazy.
