Bat Guano,seaweed concentrate, vitamin B1, fox farm big bloom used as supplement.
Hey everyone this is my first grow report i think ever. this is not my first grow but it is definitely my lowest budget one lol.
The girls right now are 10 days old.They all germ ed in under 24 hours and popped the soil in 2 days. as you can see they are just starting to form fan leafs.
Unfortunately this morning my daughter managed to pluck 2 of them out of the soil and played with them a bit. i since dunked them in rooting hormone and supplemented with B1 in an attempt to save them. time will tell if it worked.
i grow as organic as i can using guano's and concentrates primarily for food but i have always been a sucker for supplementing with fox farm and find i can get away with a small amount on every watering without any harm coming to the plants. especially with big bloom because its so mild.
This run is not for yield but for the sole purpose of selecting a healthy mother. i will be flowering early in order to quickly select pheno types if there is a variety. if there isn't then only the strongest will be kept as a mother.
its been a couple years since i have grown anything so its really nice to get back into it.

update/ i just pruned the leaf off of the trauma case in the last pic during the dark period last night. checked this morning and she is looking super healthy again so i guess my efforts worked. time will tell to see how much shock she actually goes through.
im going to be leaving for a week on friday and have no one to take care of my girls. i was thinking of just giving them a heavy watering and layering the top of the pots with hay to keep the humidity in as well as raising the light. im afraid they will stretch too much but if anyone has a better idea please let me know.

Heres a picture update of all the ladys. its been 3 days and they are filling out nicely. I pulled two more seedlings surprisingly only one of them was one of the two that my daughter got to the last time.the other was just a full node behind the pack.I wont be pulling anymore plants until i start seeing signs of sex.once sex is established im gonna take my clones, grow out some dank buds and get ready for the next run All the girls are already showing signs of variation. these two girls in particular are at the top of my list for mothers at the moment. as you can see one is indica dominant and the other sativa. I am praying that they both turn out female because they are the two strongest and most vigorous plants in the garden. Cant wait to see how these ladies turn out

not a bad looking set up , where did you pick up your god bud seeds from ,never ran the straight god but i dome the blue god from jordan of the islasd was not bad , im interested to see how your plant turn out,
if your leaving for a week you could try a cheap drip system ,gauge it right and you should be safe!

ah man bad news ,good to hear there coming along though ,i had some that neglected out side hear ,just kind of left them alone and they did the same thing you had said but i transplanted them to some mix i had and they have seem to color up pretty good ,your friend dont seem to have much of a green thumb ,lol he was probly like a deer in head lights ,scared !

probably. i found out what happened anyway.He decided for some reason that my program was too light on the kelp and added an extra 100ml of kelp concentrate to the tea i had left out for him which was like 1 tablespoon bat guano, 1 tablespoon kelp concentrate, half a tea spoon B1 with a splash of big bloom in 4L of water.
so of course it got a mad potash and phosphorus burn. plus he didnt water them after that.i got back 4 fucking days after he fed them and the soil was bone dry. and they are only in like 8" pots.
im gonna get some pictures up i just need to find my fucking usb drive so i can upload the photos off the SD card.
the girls did finally start on their 5 point leafs though 
ps: that G13 cross looks gorgeous the Iranian really fattened her up eh?

Big surprise today. my purps seeds just got in. got an extra 4 beans in the pack so thats a total of 14. got them in some paper towel germinating right now
the gods have made a full recovery now and are looking good again too. i need to go to future shop to get another flash drive when i get paid tmrw so pics will be up soon.

good to hear the plants are health ,i have been scoping out bc bud depot for a while now my self, that purps sure sounds tasty and iv herd alot of good things about it but i hear lots of bad rep about the bcbd to like orders not making it ,good to hear your gear showed up though

dude i have never once had a single problem. they are always more then helpful when you call and as i said i have never got anything short of extra beans. every pack of 10 i order has at least 14 beans.

So murphys law is a motherfucker. My ballast just crapped out on me so i had to move the gods into the clone box i set up yesterday.... its going to take at least 2 weeks for my replacement ballast to get in. i guess it serves me right for getting a cheap kit.

so i got my ballast to work. i just cant shut it off or its next to impossible to get back on. i am still having a replacement sent and for now the girls are back under the HID on a 24h cycle.
ugh this is the most problematic grow i have had to date. cannot believe how much these gods are going through.

Where did you get your ballast and how long did it last you? Was it magnetic? I just ordered a 400w cool tube kit off of amazon and am worried about it's quality as well.

i got it on ebay, its digital and its about 3 weeks old.
as i said the seller is sending a replacement out and after talking to him today i found out he is sending it ups so i will have it mid next week.
and i dont have to send the old one back either. so i think thats pretty rad considering it can function for a 24 day cycle lol.

Anyway here's an update. I just FIM'd the plants this morning. They are recovering well from all their trauma in the past and are now in 4g pots. i plan on flowering by the first of August.

so i got in my Myco madness from humboldt, rare earth from GH and a hot spot diffuser today. Perfect timing because they needed watering anyway so i introduced the myco madness and rare earth cant wait to see if they actually do anything lol.
as far as the diffuser is concerned i think its a piece of shit and complete waste of money but thats just my opinion.

Okay they girls have officially been flipped into 12/12. i could have waited a week or two longer but due to the space and time constraints i have for these girls i figured now was soon enough(plus its been over a year since ive had some nice smoke  ). Im guessing i will get 1 oz per plant but time will see.
The ladies are roughly 10 inches tall right now give or take an inch or two and are roughly 8 inches wide either way. all of them have a minimum of 4 tops with #2 having 9 tops.
all my cuttings have rooted. i took 2 off of each of the plants i feel are the best of the group as far as development is concerned. hopefully the flower period won't let me down

yeah definitely. i just checked on the girls and they have already grown a good 3 inches overnight so i have a feeling they are gonna get pretty big and bushy
And FIM just takes alot of luck even after a while of doing. plus i find it always needs the right strain.

i couldn't tell if you where mocking me with that post due to the laugh at the end lol. anyway yeah im flowering earlier then i would have liked but as i said before the main goal was to select a clone mother not to get a fat yeild lol. plus i got 12 purps that will be itching to get into that space if i dont have my big room set up quick enough.

just in case i grabbed some more cuttings from my favorites. they have been through soo much stress and will never fully recover from the shit my buddy put them through. i just hope it doesnt get passed down to the clones.
other then that all the new growth looks really healthy and theres lots of it so maybe the drooping will pass in a couple days.

lol for sure. all the drooping is gone and the ladies are looking healthy and are showing sex. i pulled 1 male already and it looks like im gonna be left with 6 fems!
i am a little worried about my favorite it looks like she might be a hermy but its still to soon to tell with her. i will know for sure in a day or two.
oh and i started tieing down the ladies last night everything's looking good. i got 1 cracked stem on a girl cause the pot pulled when i shoved her back into position.so far no real breaks/snaps and nothing she wont recover from in a week.
i will have pics up soon im just charging my batteries.

and then there where four....
so i had to pull 2 more males this morning. i am still unsure of one of the plants in there but im sure i should know by tommorow. I am really disappointed that the stinkiest plant in the room turned male though.
i thought my cuttings where rooted but they still havent im gonna make a thread in doc diagnosis to try and find out why these girls arent rooting. they are being really fucking difficult. its been like 10 days so far for some of them and no roots yet.

I've had it take upwards of 2 weeks before my cuttings rooted and produced some new growth. Don't sweat it man. Just make sure you let the soil dry out a bit so they are forced to search for water.

one of these... and i never really let them dry out before. i have never had an issue. i will try it though. but since the girls are in flower now i really cant risk losing the clones.

Ugh another annoying day... all my gods are doing great but my friend called me and said he is gonna bring me over the blueberries he has been running at his place. I was pretty stoked until they arrived. he only had 5 of the 16 left and they are soo scraggly. i managed to get 2 good clones off each one of them and now they are flowering with my gods after 2 hours of upkeep (transplanting/flushing/pruning. they are so lanky that as soon as they start to flower all the stems are gonna break but at least i will find out which ones are fem so i know which clones to keep. To top off all the disappointment he finally brought over 3 clones of the lemon skunks i have been waiting weeks for and they are also near death and is gonna take ALOT of care to bring them back to life plus when i was fitting everyone into place my fan fell off the wall onto on of my gods and split her stem clean down the middle..... this day cant get any better i swear
other then that the gods are flowering beautifully and i know ive been saying i will get pics up soon i just have been super busy with everything going on.
oh and FIY i got all the girls today from the same friend who damn near murdered my girls a month or so ago.....

you cant tell by the photos but the gods are really packing on the THC. So far from the smell and shear thc content on these nugs id say this is turning out to be the nicest strain ive worked with to date. cant wait for the harvest.

so i have officially run out of smoke. Its terrible because i keep eyeballing one of my gods which is still about 2 weeks early. but i know ill pull a solid oz off her and it will be better smoke then anything i can buy locally.....should i give in or tough it out and drop $200 on a an oz with 7g of leaf (if im lucky) and a pree much zero % THC level.....huray for the east coast.

so i ended up harvesting one of them. i figured why spend alot of cash on garbage when i have perfectly good chronic in my closet lol.
aside from that my gods are burnt to fuck. i dont know what happened they where looking healthy as can be and have got nothing but water for like almost 2 weeks. i gave them a serious flush about a week ago and they all turned deep yellow and got a mad phosphorus burn (i guess there was alot built up in the soil)
gave them another flush today (3-4x volume in water). hoepfully they green up a bit. i am so glad this is just a headstash run cause i would be seriously upset if i had to give this to a patient.

That's really shitty. What's your limit?
I suggest trying aero next time. Growth speed is amazing, so with a few weeks veg you could pull just as much off a scrog with one plant of each strain (in addition to mothers)
I didn't know Health Canada did inspections. That's not heterosexual. How much warning did they give you?

ive got a 30 count limit. and i was exactly 3 over. Its not like they give you a notice. they just call to ask you if your in compliance and kind of just check in on you. but its not unusual for the local authorities to pop in within a few weeks after you get the call to make sure everything is legal and run you through the ringer in the process.

30 is a lot, why didn't you just kill a couple clones rather than chop your nearly ready plants?

everything is still up in the air right now.From what ive heard they are looking at Colorado as a platform for the new program and are discussing getting rid of personal licenses and issuing commercial licenses.

heres the one plant i cut down 4 or 5 days ago. I got just under an oz dry.
Here is what i chopped yesterday. looks like im going to have about 2 zips from 2 of the girls and about a zip from one (on the left) im mixing with my trim/popcorns for oil.
 
and here are a couple nug shots from my blueberries which will get a full happy undisturbed run. im really excited for these. they dont even smell like pot. its like blueberry bubblegum. like strait bubbalicious type shit.they still have another 6 weeks or so to go.
 
you cant really tell from the pics but those nugs are about 2 lighters thick right now.

the god is from bcbd actually. same with the blueberry. health canada doesn't come around. the local cops or rcmp tend to pop up after you get a call from health canada. usually within a months time. they still havent popped in yet so im kinda choked about that.

I know theres a few sources for god bud, I was wanting to pickup a pack from JOTI at some point... i've tried saphire star which is godbudXhawaiin sativa, it was quite decent. Never picked anything up from bcbuddepot not to say they're bad or anything, I have drooled at the site a few times.

ive never once had an issue with bc bud depot. and have been very impressed with any seeds i ever got from them. the only thing ive noticed is that alot of their strains are really hard to clone. i dont know why but its usually a 10-14 day rooting period for any cuttings ive taken from their seeds. like my lemon skunks from DNA rooted in 4 days so i dont know.
their purps strain is driving me crazy cause i can get them to root then when i take them out of the dome or bag they instantly start wilting and die even though they have a nice root system.

so i just checked my blueberries. one of them has 50% orange hairs and a good 90% of the trichs are milky with a few amber here and there. all the signs tell me she is ready to come down but it just seems to early. its only been 7-8 weeks of flower and these girls normally take about 10.
i have not flushed yet and dont know what i should do. i dont want to push her more and loose the ripeness but i also dont want to pull without a flush. what should i do??

you dont want to flush like that so fast and damagae the roots for one, for two you should at least have quarter stength nutes when you do so. Im growing bb as well and those are very yellow for being so early. Try using worm castings or guanos with bb, and 8 weeks is too early, besides that they look ok. but iw ould let them ride at least 10.

lol dude the blueberries are like a deep green without even a yellow tint. maybe its the lighting but there isnt even a stitch of yellow on any of them.
and i have never damaged the roots doing a fat flush nor have ever had any negative effects from doing so. BB is one of my favorite strains of all time and have run it for a long time from different seed banks. i know all about how nute sensitive they are and about the flower cycle they should have. but mine are ripening up nicely right now and 1 is for sure ready to come down. the other 2 could use an extra week or two tho.

yeah its definitely one of the strongest smokes ive ever tried, borderline overkill. that bud gets me more baked then a lot of hash or oils i've tried.
waiting for these blueberries to finish up drying but so far its looking and smelling just as good. i have honestly never grown a blueberry strain that smelt sooo much like candy before. its hands down the nicest smelling bud ive come across. the whole house smells like sour berry candy.
