He like paces back and forth and just walks around all day. I don't know what the fuck he does, but I don't care. I am blasting my bass now and he is now banging on his floor I guess trying to tell me to turn my bass down. Fuck him and his pacing.

He is a grad student of sorts, so possible. I can blast music all day long we shall see who snaps first. This is like a game. Dude like wakes up at 5 am so before I go to sleep.

More likely he is pacing back and forth smoking cigarettes looking through the blinds every 30 seconds to make sure the FBI isn't in their van listening.
They are always listening.

I have been staying at my aunts house for the past week as I am in my home town visiting family. The dude that lives above her walks around all night doing who knows what the fuck, river dancing, juggling bowling balls, trying to smash bugs by dropping anvils on em' ....
Only at night though, I'll go outside to smoke a bowl and hear em' blasting 80's butt rock and pacing around...
