Get some bathroom cleaner for the shit on the wall, scrub it down really good and then wipe and then do it again with fucking peroxide/water mix...Can't be too clean.
Once mine have grown to the point of a nice root coming out of my rockwool cube or peat cube I put them in a damp soil, if the soil has nutrients then I don't start feeding until they are starving for food but if they don't I usually feed after a couple of weeks, a very light feeding. Watering only during the transplant and wait until its good and dry to encourage outward rootgrowth, wait til dry, water...repeat.

I'd buy an electric pressure washer and spray down the walls, ceiling, and floor with some cleaner already sprayed on the walls. I say this so you don't breath mold and chemicals. Use bleach water 10/100 parts bleach to water. Then bomb that room with Lysol can. Get some lights running up in that room and show us a pic please. I'm a shroomery member too!
