How does this organic regiment sound?
    #563397 -

Medium is half soil half peat moss- outdoors.
Fish emulsions for veg
Compost teas for flower
Blackstrap molasses for finish

Skip fish emulsions for autoflowers?

Don't skip the fish emulsions.
Auto's may speed up the growing cycle but still need TLC.

Not that TLC is being avoided, but the fish emulsions are high in nitrogen which is apparently best during veg.

How much of this stuff do you give to a plant? Early on I mean.

Read the directions and do 1/4 or 1/2.
I'd start at a 1/4.

Done one outdoor and 4 indoor.
USED FF for all.

Wish I could help more.

Whatever it says to use(directions), use only 1/4 of that.

2 words:
bat guano.
use about 1/4 of recommended dosage.
do not feed plants until about the 3rd or 4th node.
even then keep it light until you feel or they look like they need a bit more.
you won't be disappointed. i promise.

Having difficulties finding the stuff. Does it come in liquid or solid form?

solid.
i used to get it at ace hardware actually.
i'm sure either your local garden supply store will have it (a good one, not lowes or home depot) or your nearest hydro store.
if not, you can always order it online.

Alternately you could use bone and blood meal in your soil (which they carry at any Wal-mart or Lowes).  Let it sit for a couple of weeks all mixed up in separate pots, keep the soil moist but not soaking wet so that the bone and blood meal can start to be broken down by the micro-herd, then transplant your ladies into it.  You can still use fish emulsion and compost teas for watering and molasses at the end.

Blood meal:1Tbsp per gallon of soil.
Bone meal: 2Tbsp per gallon of soil.
(maybe 1 Tbsp Greensand per gallon also)

Using only Fish emulsion and compost teas will give you hungry plants.
Add some perlite to you mix!

OH your outdoors!  lol
1/2 cup blood meal per cubic foot of soil mix
1 cup Bone Meal per cubic foot of soil mix
1/2 cup per cubic foot of Jersey Greensand

We meandered through Billy’s ritzy neighborhood in the general direction of Jefferson Street. In the lamplight the houses looked identical, grand façade after grand façade of pale gray with black windows, as if for all their monumentality they were nothing but wallpaper, black-and-white prints, two-dimensional murals similar in their deceptive insubstantiality to the gossamer buildings of New Age City. I was struck by the idea that Billy and I, to the extent we existed only in our imaginations, were just as shallow, just as superficial—and equally susceptible to being erased without a trace.
