You're supposed to, well if you want your bodily functions to work properly. Drinking 12 sodas is fucking horrible for you especially if you're not drinking water.

I drink soda maybe once every two months. I love green tea, I love orange juice. I loooooooove milk. But only skim, everything else upsets my stomach.
