go to a port town, you'll find lots of good scale there. Farther you get away from that source the higher chance you have of it being stepped to shit. By the time coke makes it to my current area it's around 80% meth 10% coke and 10% cut.
Good pure coke is awesome, good luck finding it.

 the bar I (used to) underage drink in, I'd have 4-5 people come up to me every night asking where the blow was at.
By the end of the night, they'd all have it.
I guess I know where to go if I need some.

That's a tough one, i've personally never done cocaine, but from experiences with crack and meth, i would say go with meth. 
Obviously neither are good, but crack will have u on your hands and knees lookin on the ground for a rock. Meth will keep you up for a few days, but shit i've accomplished alot while twacked the fuck out.Obviously i can't say some things i did, but meth will have u doin residential burglary's and what-not. Meth is almost like an investment haha. One son-of-a-bitch to quit though, i got 4 months off it but the monster is always lurking around
Crack and cocaine are basically the same thing though. In my honest opinion do heroin
