Need harvest prediction
    #545370 - 04/11/11 07:45 PM (5 years, 7 months ago)

Here are my two most grown plants. I originally had 12 others in the tote with them, but all 12 of them turned out to be males or defunks. Either way, they've been in flowering ever since Febuarary 18th and are starting to look pretty good for my first official grow (start to finish). I was just looking for a few pointers from people on how much longer they need to grow until I can reap what I have sown. Here are some pictures:

Both Plants:

Top Cola of biggest plant:

Smaller bud sites:

I was hoping to have them harvested by 4/20, but I don't know if that is going to be possible due to their growth rate.

I apologize if this is a repost; I don't think my first submission went through.

They must has a lot of sativa in them to be flowering since Feb 18th and look like that. By the looks of em you have at least a month to go. By 4/20 no way in hell. :trees:

I figured that much.  I think it may have something to do with me having had 12 other plants in the same tote with those two.  They all turned out to be males.  So I should probably give them another watering w/ nutrients and then start flushing with 3 weeks to go right?  Also, what kind of yeild am I looking at?

I would wait on the flush a bit longer.  As far as yeild, lets start with what type of light are they under?  Also, what have you been feeding them?

yield I don't wanna make a call on cause I don't really know the plant or strain or anything like that and don't want to get you jacked up and or let you down in anyway but it looks healthy and should do alright.

3 weeks to start the flush is a bit early I'd just do it during the last week cause in soil the only way  to do a real flush is to pour 3 times the amount of the pot worth of water threw it. In other words if you have a 1 gallon pot pour 3 gallons of water threw it the last week draining out all the nutrients. Most people think that giving just water the last few weeks does the job but the soil breaking down itself give nutrients. When you just give water the last few weeks all your doing is starving the plants a little when they are in their peek time of swelling.

Just give plain water the last week and the buds will burn and smoke just fine.

It's true, I learned this the hard way on my last grow and my yield suffered because of it.

I've been using a combination of technaflora nutes and miracle grow all purpose. I've been using the miracle grow for most of flowering and the technaflora for veg.  That might be the reasoning behind the slender/stunted growth.  They are under two LED panels and two 65w floro tubes.

EDIT: What type of growth should I expect to see in the next month?  Swelling calyxes and redding hairs?  The trichs are already looking a tad cloudy/amber.

Yes.

How many watts does each LED panel have?
What is the NPK ratio of your Miracle Grow?

It seems as though they are getting too much N which could also slow the flowering as well as they do seem to have a lot of Sativa traits.  Is this a bag seed grow?

The fert ratio is 15-30-15 and each panel has 13.5 actual watts.

I found them for very cheap on ebay, since buying them the company that sold them has come out with 4x better ones.

So about 160 total watts. That 80 watts per plant.
I would say 15- 40 grams.  Probably in the middle of that.

I've also been using 2 65w floro tubes for under/side lighting.  Thanks for the prediction though; that's about where I want to harvest.
