When it says she finishes in 8-9 weeks, does that mean when I put the seed in the ground roughly 8-9 weeks later I'll be taking the bud off?
This may be a good pick me for me even at the insane price, I live far off the trail of good weed at a cheap price but at a good place to grow it safely. It gets hot in the summer but a bit colder faster so this might be good for me.
Can anyone tell me a little more about this? And would this be okay for outdoor growth and would it grow as fast

Flowering time, seed crops seem to flower a week or two longer than those from clones so you're usually adding 1-2 weeks for that and another 1 sometimes more for the description not being entirely accurate.

We're still talking a pretty big reduction though right? Even @ 10-11 weeks that's right under 3 months as opposed to 4-5 outdoors. Do these plants tend to do better then others? Are they more stable?

Which plants are you referring to? Cataract Kush? I wouldn't know.
Flowering time may be a little bit longer outdoors if the plant takes a while to onset flowering but generally speaking you're just having your plants veg for most of the season.
