alright im gonna poorly throw this together and edit it another time when i have time. i have a few bagseed plants, this is my first grow. im using 2 cfls and one 2ft 2 tube florescent. the plants look beautiful. i have them in smaller pots and used lst technique.
i vegged for a month and a half or so and id say they have been flowering atleast a month. some of the hairs are starting to amber and i know thats not the way to tell if they are ready but i still hardly see any crystals. im not sure if i see some crystals on the hairs or if thats just the texture of the hairs. ill post pics later and answer any questions to the best of my knowledge. soil grow, used liquid dynagro veg nutes and flower nutes at proper times and proper amounts. im actually very proud of these plants, no yellow leaves, no mites no nothing. beautiful dark green leaves and small little fluffy nugs. i dont get on the computer much so i havent researched much lately. thanks for any help!

i know with cfls i wont have size but ill have crystal production. this dont smell danky either. they smell like green plant

i didnt think they still had a month to go  damn. the hermis hairs are turning amber..probably 10% are amber. maybe they will grow new hairs and turn again. i just want to make sure i harvest when most of the thc heads are cloudy

i wanted too but there are attainable buds and i need all i can get from this hahaha i have shim seperate from the other plants. im making it suffer for screwing me over. it gets a shitty little incandescent bulb. its hairs are turning the most. weird. first grow, learning lots.

haha i know they dont. im just fuckin with the hermi. probably 80% of the hermis hairs are amber. i dont see many crystals on the hermi. the other females have gotten more visible crystals.
again, this is my first grow and i like experimenting with stuff.
i just cant wait til i get to smoke the fruits of my labor

Yea, totally... smoking seeds in your herb is awesome fun...
I guess I just don't understand why you would keep a hermie once you've found nanners on it. I mean, are you trying to get pollen everywhere in your room?? And putting an incandescent light on it just for fun?? That's like not putting down a rabid dog just because its fun to watch.
It really comes down to whether you see growing as something fun to do with plants or you see it as an art form and a science... I just think this wonderful plant deserves a little bit more respect than that, ya know?

i would obviously pick the seeds out dumbass.
i do see it as fun and science and an art form. i use lst to save space and try shaping them into something i like and triming some of the leaves to make them look like puffs.
i love growing all plants for fun and then fun of taking care of them. thats why i got a pretty big veggie garden for being in a suburb.
i respect this plant more than any other. i talk about the amazingness of this plant all the time. constantly talking about things i read.

Dude, that is not going to happen!
That hermie is gonna populate all your buds with seed! It is just dumb to keep that hermie. You will end up with very little bud once seeding starts. But obviously you "know " what your doing!

another good thing about my experimenting is im taking lots of pictures hoping to help anybody looking into growing. it was a little hard looking for preflower pictures i could understand. so im taking pictures of lots of stuff that may help people out... maybe they wont see they have a hermi cause theres only a few pollen sacs or something.
google will lead them here and they can see different things i post. the first pic doesnt look like a hermi but if you look in the background i cut a big cluster of pollen sacs off and the stem stops. ill post other pics of hermis so people can see.
heres what happens when you have a female and pollen reaches it and it starts to create seed. the hair turned amber very quick and the seed pod is developing.
hermi with leaves on the plant still
very pollinated hermi. lots of seeds to carry on the good genes from this mersh bag grow.
more pollen sacs on a hermi with some leaves trimmed
pure male plant.

i know everyone says u cant grow dank from mersh but this totally was and i like these genes. it aint high time weed. every one is hatin cause im fucking around with plants. i like growin shit. i grew a cutting from my outdoor habanero plant plus strawberries, next to my weed. i like growing different shit.

if you wanna grow a hermi, do it. If it makes you happy then keep on goin. It would be more productive not to though though. Ur gonna have a bunch of texas bud. pick it apart over a hard surface and it will sound like it is raining cause of all tha seeds. good luck

I am no expert on seeds and genetics but I believe a hermaphrodite plant is more likely pass the hermaphrodite trait. So therefore your seeds wont be that great since you will get mostly hermaphrodites.
That's great your having fun and experimenting...
Yet what you are doing is not what I see as efficient.
