when i tried to smoke some i always be in a bad trip (because i always thinking about health issues )

maybe just don't smoke? i know a few people who cannot enjoy it for similar reasons to yours - that or the fact that it just makes them feel like shit or even physically ill.

I had these problems before. Its mostly setting and what your smoking.. I ended up taking a long break from ganja and I came back to toking with a clear head and no worries and everything was well

i had a bad panic attack once while on a mescaline trip from ganja ,i thought i was going to die and after that when ever i would take the smallest puff my heart would start racing again thinking of that time, was not until a few years back i started toking again and then realized it was all in my head ~

As with any bad trip, you need to be calm and remind yourself that it is just a trip. That these bad feelings are only a side effect of the drug. And that it will all be over with in a little bit. I experience paranoia after tolerance breaks. And I think it is just that I smoke to much in the beginning. Try to smoke like I did prior to the break.
I would advise to smoke a hit or 2 at first. And build your tolerance. My paranoia only happens the first couple times I smoke after a break. After that I am guessing my tolerance goes back up and them ill effects are no longer a problem.
But like Acidic said, you may just be one of the few who are extremely sensitive to it. I do not think I would recommend eating cannabis due to it having a much longer lifetime in the body/brain. Just go slow and smoke a few hits and gradually I think you will be able to keep up with your friends!l

just like I said in another thread, meditate before you smoke, dont abuse the sacred herb, I have before and it kicked my ass with paranoia and mind fucks, just smoke and ask it to take you where you need to go

I pump myself up before I smoke, like "Man I cant wait to burn one, Gunna be fuckin awesome" Stuff like that. I used to be paranoid and shit, not anymore. Plus like Spacemonkey said, Start small, take a couple hits and come back later for another couple hits. I stopped smokin for years and thats how I came back. But then again, 2 hits I was fuckin smashed, but it was so nice.
