It's the principle of the manner. Besides it doesn't make things simpler as I have a separate youtube account hooked up to my gmail. Now I had to make a new gmail account for my account to log into my account which uploads videos.
Doesn't seem to make things any easier and is unnecessary.

i am kind of mad right now. i don't want another e-mail to have to keep track of. i would rather all my youtube related stuff be sent to my main e-mail account which is not a g-mail account.

I've had a gmail account forever, but forcing somebody to get an account just to use their service is stupid.
