Yeah I saw this vid posted in the "What are you listening to?" thread at the other site. Its def interesting. Him and a bunch of dudes are (were?) part of some "Oddfuture" group from LA.
Related vid.
Pretty dope beats/rhymes, in this Southern bling-bling club rap age. Got significant views on youtube too.

Yeah. I'm hoping him and his crew blow up like everyone is predicting.
I hate where hiphop is today. This is a sigh of relief if nothing else...hes getting a lot of hype. I'm hoping some radio stations catch on and maybe swing rap back into a direction I can get behind.

Song I posted has too much horrorcore / Kool Keith style for "mainstream" to "get it". Its awesome though.
