Goo balls are just grain cereal and something sticky to hold it together with a dash of oil or butter mixed in for the high. I've never made them but they shouldn't be too hard. Fucking tasty too, i always pick up a few goo balls when i go out to a festival. I don't even care if they get me high or not, they just taste good.
