Your pH is pretty low dude. 4 is well below where you should be. 5.8-6.5 is the accepted norm. Since your in soilless the questions about your daily ppm readings are not applicable.
Flush your medium with a pH balanced solution. 4-5 times the amount of water to substrate ratio. It will take a little bit of time for your plants to recover, but they'll bounce back after that.

Start using Grow Big and Big Bloom and get some Great White, the roots love it. Maybe a smaller fan to have constant air flow without drying the room out.

ph is low, your light can be brought closer too your plants, 2-4", honestly with fluro's they can almost tuch the bulb, also what is your watering schedule? do you water directly from the tap...if so i would recommed letting the sit in your room 24hrs before watering,,
