the fogger bombs are awesome. they cover EVERYTHING in a nice fine, even mist; gets into all the little nooks and crannies so you're sure that you got everything. after doing a couple fogger treatments you can use q-tips with a diluted solution of pyrethrum or neem oil to keep them under control if it looks like they're coming back.

Update:
Been 5 or6 days since Using the fogger.
Fuck, there back in numbers. The Lady Bugs I have put in there just die.Wonder if its the pyrethrum is killing them. 1st guess.Why not the White Flies? I'm 15days into flowering and don't want to use anymore chemicals on the plants.
Will add more traps. Traps catch more than I can kill looking at the leaves.Plus there's just to many leaves. See grow journal to understand. I go in every so often and shake the plants with a stick. Let the WF's settle down and do it again.
Any advice is welcomed.Still got about 45 days to harvest.

What do white flies do, is it that bad to just leave them if they aren't causing any visible damage?

They do bite into the leaves. Which leaves a slime that turns into a mold. Which can ruin the buds.
My understanding don't QFT.
