I'm still waiting to hear back on my legal issues as well.  Should be sometime in April if they decide to press the possession charges.

What are the laws like for possession in OZ?

Not as harsh as the U.S I'm pretty sure. I'm a young guy and this is my first offense, so hopefully I'll just get a fine and something like a good behavior bond, if I'm lucky I'll just get a diversion, which is just a "drugs are bad" class.

I'm asking to not get a record because to my knowledge I can't visit the U.S if I have a criminal charge? I hope I don't get one, I reaaalllly want to travel :sad: What will happen if you're charged?

Well there's a big range of charges I could get, possession, possession of paraphenalia, intent to distribute, etc. etc. etc...

I won't know what the consequences would be until I know the charges, and they told me it would be at least 4 months from the day that they raided me...:shrug:
