Too long ; didn't watch version - grind up shake, put in pollen press, bake for 10 minutes or so, unscrew pollen press, have hash.
I was just gonna use some loose bud I had ground up for a spliff but never ended up smoking. I ordered a pollen press after watching this because he gets some pretty cool looking hash at the end 
Please please please try to keep the hate about the dude being fat to a minimum. Hes fat, but hes a nice guy. I'm a lot similar to this dude (not quite THAT fat lol) so I feel for him.

Well, fuck it...I just tried, I'll post back and let ya know how it went.
I'm actually making a webcomic now...so I think I'll integrate the tutorial into my webcomic. Maybe let the characters guide people through making hash...but it won't be done for a few days. I'll post that when its done if its a success.

Not to be a asshole here but this is lame. Ok, we now know how to make a compressed burnt lump of compressed shake. That is not hash. Then he says his hash made from kef is only as stony as his hash made from shake? Might that have to do with the fact that he is heating it up in the oven which degrades thc. Never use heat when making hash, at most heat the outside to make it shine but even then that is after the hash is already made.
The guy seems to be trying to do right but he isn't making hash at most he's making weed smelling incense.

I know, but I'm not sure what else I would call this
Anyway:
 Worked pretty good as far as I'm concerned. I know REAL hash would be preferable, but this is a neat way to smoke your herb...and its from shit I woulda just made iso hash from anyway 
Smokes pretty smooth considering it woulda been real harsh dried up shake. And I'm pretty stoned from smoking it, so I can't complain too much.

Well, I only smoked about a quarter of that disc, and I'm feelin' pretty fine.
I just cumbled it and smoked it in a bong Its really hard, so I couldn't put it on a pin/tack. I just broke off a bit, crunched it up and smoked it.
Its probably just as high as the bud would have gotten me, but I only used a little bit of bud and it was way too dry to smoke as it was anyway.
It was nice and smooth, and tasted pretty nice too  Not to mention its much easier to store a little hockey puck than it is a jar of bud dust.
If Magash thinks it degraded the bud though, I dunno if I'll do it again. Might just wait for some keif...

Nah, it's the heat that degrades the bud. You can still crush it up and make the disk out of it still without the heat and it may even smoke with a little more taste to it. There is no reason to stop if you like it better that way.
