Am I the only one who rolls joints with "filters" so there is no waste or saves all their roaches and takes the weed out and rolls new joints?

Pretty sure i read somewhere filters block some thc, i gave my mum a joint in a filter in it cause she wanted in there. She didn't get high at all. A week later with the same weed i rolled her one without a filter n she got really really high n slept

I roll mine with a crutch and save the end of the j. 2nd generation joints aren't always the tastiest, but they do work in times of need.
