If you had to choose between living in the San Diego area or the Berkeley area, which would you choose? Which is more affordable? Which has the best dispensaries? North vs. South.

Having gardens in both the Southern and Northern parts of the state I can pretty safely say if your a smoker clubs in the North are better, for a grower the ones in the south are better.
