Kentucky law enforcement sounds like a bunch of really awesome dudes. Just because you aren't destroying as much ditchweed this year as usual doesn't mean you're actually doing a good job of preventing people from growing as much. Correlation is not causation, jackasses.

Good investigative reporting, though. I thought it was a pretty decent watch.

"Blah blah blah marijuana is an opportunity for greedy pigs to make money, so we should re-legalize this harmless plant that grows in the dirt so greedy pigs can make money. People wanting to enjoy their miserable lives and heal themselves wasn't enough, but the opportunity for greedy pigs to make money proves that this plant should be legalized. Get in on the ground floor now. Great investment opportunity for greedy pigs with capital. Make money off the sick and dying now by selling a harmless plant that grows in the dirt for $380/ounce. Call now. If enough greedy pigs invest, the government will change the law to accommodate. Blah blah blah novelty items like ice cream. The end."

:laugh2:

You must realize that we live in a CAPITALISTIC world.

If the businesses can't make money from something, it will remain illegal.

That is entirely true, which is why it bugs me when the local representative of NORML talks shit about the Medical Marijuana people. At least they are getting people weed now. Does NORML really think they can make weed free and clear while industrial civilization still stands? Hell no, that will never happen. There has to be a way built into it to get some fucking pig rich or it will fail.

When you make your Criminal justice a FOR PROFIT system.....

you set yourself up for rampant gangsterism :shake:

I firmly believe that the government fears a huge loss of revenue if weed becomes legal.
Look at how much money just the government is making from it being illegal.

Money that could go into our infrastructure (eduction, health care, police....) instead of some greedy fuckers pocket

:nonono:
