I grew up with the books, so at this point I just have to see them. IMO the first 2 movies were garbage, but picked up real quick with the third one. The books were all pretty good. Not masterful writing or an incredible story line...but captivating enough to make me curious about what happens later on in the story.

i plan on seeing it even though i hated the last two. this director just completely fucked them up. i will still go see this movie, even though i'm not sure how he's going to pull it off considering he left out key plot points for the last movie to work on any sort of decent level.

Minor spoiler, but not so much to people who have read the book obviously.They didn't even have Harry talk to Krum at the wedding about Lunas dads pendant (the deathly hallows thing)...I was thinking 'wait, wtf...they just left out something that was really important...' but I guess Harry just happened to "notice" it, even though it was a 2 inch tall necklace.  Would it have been that difficult to include that scene? Other than that, I felt it stuck to the book extremely well this time.
