A couple weeks after gerinating, it was really hot and sunny for a couple days and the plats weren't watered so the leaves went yellow.
Fortunatly, the plant survived. The lower leaves are still yellow from that time though.
The plant didn't grow for months and after finding out the soil PH was in the 9 - 10 range, sulfhate of amonia was added to lower the PH.
A week or so later, the palnt grew a few more leaves. BUT these leaves have brown spots on them.
What should be done to make the plant healthy again?
The white stuff above the soil is sulphate of amonia, nitrogen and phosphate.

How old is that plant?

Scrap it and try again. You said the ph was at 9-10 for a couple months?

1.) What type of soil are you using? That stuff looks like garden mulch
2.) I'd ditch the ammonia sulphate for phoshporic acid or the like to drop pH (a bottle of pH down costs like 10 bucks and will last a long ass time)
as was already said, at this point while you could probably nurse that plant back to health, you'll have a much easier time nuking it and starting over. You'll also most likely spend less time fighting problems if you start off fresh and correct.

I'm using a mix of mainly potting mix and a little perlite and vermiculite. I might have also put some small stones towards the bottom of the pot just for drainage.
