Years and years ago, I was drunk in Walmart with a friend of mine. I saw a girl who looked 100% like my girlfriend from the back, and my friend even agreed it was her when I said "Oh hey, there she is".
So, I ran up behind her, and slapped her on the ass really hard. Turns out, it wasn't her at all.
I got punched right in the throat in Walmart by the checkouts  It was pretty terrible.
I guess I was more drunk than I thought, because she was much older than my girlfriend. I was just starting high school at the time, and she had to have been 18

When I was 17 (on my birthday no less) I got drunk and made a fool of myself in front of my older cousin, his wife, their 2 kids, my elderly GrandParents, my brother and my father, at the cracker barrel... Welcome to Virginia

Not sure if this is the MOST embarrassing, but it's up there..
2005.
I'd been dating this girl "L" for over a year.
She lived in a nice house with only her mother and sister.
I stayed over pretty often, they considered me part of the family.
Used netdevil on her PC, so I could keep an eye on her even when I wasn't around.
Accidentally stumble across a few nude pics of her younger sister (16) that the sis had sent to her boyfriend or w/e.
Saved pics to laptop.
Few weeks pass by, "L" is staying with me at my place.
I get out of the shower, walk into my room. She looks pissed.
I asked her whats up and saw she had the pics of her sister opened up.
She starts screaming about "why I have nude pictures of her sister".
Thinks I'm fucking her little sister.
I try to make up excuse, she doesn't buy it. Deletes pics.
Awkward as fuck around her for a while, especially at her place with her sis there.
