Not exactly sure. They are large-hole wooden beads. I wanted something natural and non-toxic. Along that line, I might look for stone or glass beads.

I used to know how to make hackysacks and shit with hemp but that knowledge is long gone
I can still make some kick ass necklaces though

I have some custom pieces made by some Really talented Peeps of mine
A Pink Lotus, and my Dead set...
Lotus, Jerry, SYF, Dancing Bear....the Dead ones are dichrioc glass...
This is my first Blue one...a SYF w/RIP in middle of Blue glass skull, Jerry Garcia, 1942-1995 on back...
Close-up of the Beautiful Spirals...
I bought the Blue Lotus, and included the wand pendant...told them to do whatever the wanted with it, just make it Blue...
Lotus...
Wand...They added all the beads/small crystals/etc...
I plan on gettin' more of thier work...they are very cool Peeps, too.

I used to make sick hemp jewlery in middle and high school but not anymore
I had some nice hemp skate shoes about a year ago
