Plants are about 3 weeks old.
FF/OF soil
pH7, Will correct that next watering.
Would being .5 off on pH cause this?
The leaves below these also did this. Thought they were dying off.

yes being .5 off can cause that. what kind of meter are you using?
also have you tested the ph of the soil itself?

when you get the money invest in a digital--obviously more accurate and i can never get the others to ever test correctly when testing soil
anyway, yea find the soil and let us know.

Soil pH is 6.5
This is the kit I found. $5.00
Plant 1, Bag seed, same plant as in op.
Side view, 
Browning leave, 
TM plant 6 
Two strains doing this. Got to be soil.
Have not feed them yet. Wonder if that would help?

Thats crazy, they look like they are hungry for nitrogen, but being in ocean forest I highly doubt that.. And Ph isn't off enough to cause a lockout.
Do a little flush and check out what the runoff looks like, afterwards, I would feed them lightly and see how they respond.

Comon problem with Ocean Forest soil. Some batches come out hot and cause a little burn on the plants. There is to much food in the soil for them but they will get use to it. (most young plants do anyway).
I used it for years and it happens with some strains esp when first introduced to it. They will snap out of it.
