haha, looks like him from what i can tell. How about the cops response to "why am i being arrested!?" with "IT DOESN'T MATTER". And why are they just listening to him for two minutes instead of getting him on his stomach and cuffing him? Hahaha, what a great escape. Too bad the guys wife was right there and didn't appear to also make a run for it. I wonder if they talked to her about this shit.
