So frustrating...

pissed about some girlfriend bullshit...but i dont wanna talk about that...

ran my first 6 minute mile in about 5 years out of frustration (I'm training for a half marathon in November)...running 8 miles on sunday. It's amazing how calming slipknot and lamb of god can be when I'm raging about something.

Thanks for listening guys and gals...it helps to be able to vent sometimes...i get fed up with all the bullshit and the growery is just always there with good people to send good vibes in every direction.

right back atcha buddy! 6 minute mile is something to be proud of for sure! I'd skin a cat to be able to do it that quick these days. sorry about the GF bullshit. but those two go hand in hand, do they not? :lol:

indeed they do sir...indeed they do...and to think man i was just gonna sit around and get stoned outta my mind and play video games all night...and i end up staying sober and running a fast mile and lifting weights till I cant move because im so fucking mad...what a waste of a night...oh well maybe a good night's sleep will make 2morrow look much much better :cool:

Hope everyone else's night is going better than mine haha :gethigh:
