I can't remember the last time I slept for greater than 6 hrs.
I average 4 to 6 hrs a day, anymore than that makes me feel drunk and disoriented.

You should go camping somewhere in the middle of nowhere.
Research has found sleeping outside out in nature resets your sleep patterns better than most anything.
Always fixes me up.

I lived in my tent on a mountain in the middle of nowhere for like 4 months this year, didn't really help. My brain just doesn't shut off, ever.

BTW I got a sweet short term Job offer. Make 20$/h with benefits, every other Friday off,paid government holidays etc.
They'll let ne go in six months. But that lines up perfectly as when I should get one of the qualifications I am going to school for.
