Smoking some weed.

I haven't smoked in a couple months because of anxiety, and also thought I had heart problems (tests came back normal)
So I'm hanging out with one of my best friends to chill, and get some things off my mind. So we are probably gonna smoke some weed, im going to take it easy but I'm. Alittle nervous about it :feelsweirdman:

But make sure to only take one or two tokes because if you haven't smoked for that long than your tolerance is completely gone and if you manage to over-do it, you may become uncomfortable.  :awesome:

How did it go?

What strain did you smoke?

so, i went to my friends house. i took a good size hit out of one of those waterbottles where you light the bowl in the cap and lift it up and the water drains out while the bottle fills with smoke. i inhaled the whole bottle.
This is the bad part: my heart was pounding out of my chest, i ignored it though because i knew i would be fine and that it was just the weed. Then my chest got tingly and hot and just undescribable feeling with a squeezzing pressure in the middle of my chest. It got very bad, and i felt like i was having a heart attack. Im not sure if it was heart, or anxiety or what. but im laying off the herb for a long time.
I eneded being veery high after about 45 mintutes of this.
it was just some mids, gave me a good head high, but i could tell it was indica dom.
i feel asleep after about 2 hours after smoking. so i guess im glad i got high, it got my head off of things, just wish i could enjoy smoking without all these symtoms.

aka gravity bong.  fyi.  that sucks man.  it's not for everyone, but now you will need to change your name since you won't be a stoner.

If you're gonna give it another go then hit a joint instead, much lighter on you, in fact I dont get how you could go straight into pipin' it out the first time if you're having an easy time getting anxiety attacks :shrug:

couldnt think of the name, i picture a gravity bong bigger :facepalm:
it was one of my favorite things to do, so yeah it sucks. Sucks even more since most of my friends smoke all the time. im thinking of trying it again just not any time soon. im just curious what makes me feel like this when i smoke.

i wouldn't recommend a joint.  I would recommend a bowl or a chillum.  That way you can take on just one hit as big or small as you like and not waste the weed.  Gravity bongs will fuck you up big time!  I remember doing one in high school and having a similar reaction.  It was intense.  So I would recommend you titrate your doses like a patient would.

im not sure if a joint will help, :shrug: last time this happend i had shared a joint with 3 other people. but ill probably take a couple hits then just see how things go.
but on the bright side, im proud of myself for clearing the bottle in one hit with more lung space left though :vaped:

yeah the gravity is to much if you been on a break.. like the man said a bowl or chillum.. once or twice.. lett the feeling come on don't smoke it all until u know how u feel.. yeah those damn gravity will make u cough till u feel like u r gonna die or cough till your nuts hurt. or make u feel like ur panicing..not for me

i dont understand how smoking from one will cause any different effects :shrug:
the amount burned looked like about 2 hits of a joint. but it was a whole bottle of smoke. so im not sure, if that had anything to do with it. i honestly dont want to quit, but its happend before and i dont want it again.
