i recently got my hands on a 4ft mountain air activated carbon filter, and a "kanalflakt kd-12" blower. the blower has a cfm of 2900... id like to use this equipment to my advantage... anyone gots some ideas?

Do you grow? Borrow a jigsaw, buy some ducting, those fastener things that you tighten with a screwdriver, and get moar circulation.

2900 cfm is quite a bit for one fan. i was curious as to how many hoods i could run it to, and how useful a fan with that much power could be...

extremely useful. I'd probably use it for general room exhaust rather than air cooling hoods, but it should seriously be good for clearing 15kw or more in a room of around 1500ft^3 at least.

How much space do you have to work with and whats your budget look like?

i have an 8x8 with (2) 600w air cooled hoods, and (1) 1000w ac hood. the 600's are connected to one fan, and the 1000 has its own, theres also another fan for exhaust. all three are Elicent Model AXC 150 B-C. there about 309 cfm each.
ive never used the fan i was talking about earlier (kanalflakt kd-12)... ive had it for a while and knew i didnt have the space to utilize it. i was allways curious of its potential though, thanks for the information
