Detroit is the most depressive city in the country, of course you cannot find a job there.  Sell your body or get out.

Gotta spend money to make money. Right now I dont have shit
to spend so I'm stuck here for the time being.

i find getting jobs pretty easy

look presentable, not like a dirty, smelly, stoner hippy. when you fill out applications, ALWAYS talk to the managers. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS. i cant stress how many times they say 'we're not hiring'. and i fill out an application anyway, and talk to the manager. (same way you would spit game to a girl, sell youself). and after talking the manager is like, well actually i probably could use someone over here....

if you really need a job dont be picky, walk up and down the main streets in your city and fill out applications EVERYWHERE. go to temp services.

if you cant find a job and you live in a decently big city, you suck.

ive had 3 jobs in the last 2.5 months.

Not everyone is hiring and try finding 3 jobs in 2.5 months in Detroit

Dont get me wrong its only a matter of time but shit still is not easy.

Detroit always reminded me of some third world disaster area.

Yes it kind of is in a way. I had a thought that if Detroit could
do something along the lines of Oakland California then maybe the
Downtown area at least can become nice again.

Sorry, Bro.
I know the feeling.
Good luck! Something will come up... in the mean time enjoy relaxing and maybe spend some time in nature.

Does Cass avenue still look like something from the terminator films?
