When I saw buckethead up there I knew it was les claypool. Crazy enough buckethead can play bass too.

nah I love up right bass. my guitar instructor is mainly a jazz musician so he give me a lot of pieces that contain up right bass. I just don't know off the top of my head too many upright bassists because I mainly focus on the guitar.

No, I like the upright too.. Brian Ritchie from the Violent Femmes was badass.. Les also plays upright.. he's just so eclectic, it's a refreshing change from all the mainstream bullshit..
