Wheat Berry bread (thick slices)
Mayo
Tomato
Cucumber
Spinach
Avocado
Salt/Pepper to taste
Its delicious this way but if you insist on having meat, put some bacon in there too.

That sounds interesting. I used to eat tomato and american cheese sandwiches. Haven't had one in forever. They were damn good.

that does sound fantastic. My personal favorite are either a Ruben, or a mit this shop used to throw together, near my old place. If I remember right, the sandwich was grilled sour dough with roasted red pepper, feta, black olives, egg plant, topped with pesto

Celiac disease. It's an autoimmune disease triggered by consuming gluten which is a protein in wheat, barley and rye. Even beer is pushing my luck, though generally it's only dark and malty beers that have enough to trigger a noticeable reaction (or when I forget to double check the label on something and then go have four or five tall ones at the pub).
