yea but It was my first psychedelic, and it got me ready to let go of it all, and let the drug take hold, don't fight it
which always ends bad with psychs.
Plus you will get some psychedelic visuals ..

Im gonna tell you now, its probably a bad idea
you will automatically assume every other psych is just as intense as DMT, and then you might be scared to try them,
or you could do DMT, take it like a man, be fine and then look at all other psychs like childs play, but the former is more likely than the latter...

True but salvia could have the same effect as DMT, making him think they're all that intense.
Still though, salvia wouldn't be a terrible first.
