I don't think a good free proxy exists.
tripp420 is a whiz. He'd probably be able to recommend you something good.  him if you don't get any good responses.

hides both my location and what computer i am using
is pretty fast
if it costs money or if it doesn't either way it is good for me

instal and read and follow setup and how to use directions.
However it's going to slow you down a little, but that's the price you pay to play.
