And to my point of view it isn't their right to come here. It is up to America (as a government) to decide who can and who can't be in their borders.
Why don't they fix the country they come from (wherever that may be), instead of come over here and knowingly breaking the law.

It's at least minimum wage. 
I don't have the solution, just stating it is a problem.
Also, I'd be fine with it. If it wasn't for the fact my family is forcing me to get a degree.
Otherwise I'd be working in a factory at this point in my life. I'm cool with 10 bucks or so an hour, that's a ton of money to me
I made $5.85 (minimum wage) at my first job and was fine with that.
Man, I forgot how low minimum wage was like 3 years ago.

Yeah, there is no real solution to the problem. You have the right to be outraged by the governments inaction, but the problems such a political clusterfuck I doubt anything satisfactory is going to happen to stem the illegal immigration.
I'm guessing our president is going to grant amnesty to illegal aliens to win in 2012.
Even if its fucked up, its too late to be outraged now.

If he does I'll fucking lose all faith in him.
Mainly because I watched him speak last week or so and say that granting amnesty to illegal aliens, would not only reward those breaking the law, bust also be spitting in the face of all those waiting to get here legally. (but in different words).
Maaaan, I can see immigration, alternative energy, and legalization being the main focus of next years debate topics.
